Feeling furious, 2.21, by Smart Communications Philippines

Useless customer service representatives who are paid to read scripts without really thinking of solutions for their subscribers technical concerns. What the hell is wrong with the people who are in charge of that whole department? How can you justify your salaries when the system you've put into place is so idiotic? I do not need to be thanked for "patiently waiting" every time a CSR checks with a supervisor because they don't have the information I want. I do not need to hear your ads blaring at top volume every time I'm put on hold. I do not enjoy having to explain my concerns 5-9 times to different CSRs because I am disconnected midway through a call. You call yourself a Telco? Give me a month with that whole department and I'll teach them active listening skills so CSRs won't have to deal with so many irate customers. Fire people if you have to and give jobs to people with better customer service training and more common sense!
