Feeling exhausted, 5.00, by my life

I'm exhausted, I don't have time for myself at all. I'm taking care of my friends' problems and worry too much about them. I don't have time to figure out what to do with myself and nobody gives a shit if I'm trying to talk about what's going on in my life. I don't have any free-time anymore, I have far too many irons in the fire and to boot, I'm completely out of money. Who needs a drink?
