Feeling reasonable, 5.78, by boss not in today

I got up at 5:30 - yes - you heard! Deborah persuaded me to go spinning - and I'm hurting in places it wouldn't be nice to mention! But boss not here today so at least i can get stuck into some proper work without interruptions
